Untwisting New lines Before Fitting Them
I found after fitting a couple of new lines to one side of my wing that I was getting tangles and knots on that side on opening the wing. I noticed that it was the new lines that were coiling and catching other lines, so removed and untwisted them by hanging them with a small weight. I believe it happened because when the line is being coiled it gets a twist put in it and I just took the free end and pulled the coil open without unlaying the line properly. It would be obvious it was happening if we had faired lines.
