December 1999 - I was probably the first person to kiteboard at Ambergris Caye. The wind was light for my 7M FOne Shadow ram air kite and 170cm Directional SX70 board. My best friend Mike Achkar and his sweetheart Kristine, and I went scuba diving, fishing, and visited the Mayan ruins.
